Father
पिता वो है जो करता तो है प्यार
पर बतलाता नहीं,
दिल में समेटे रहता है जज़्बात
पर दिखलाता नहीं,
पिता के होने से वजूद अगर है
पिता के होते ना मुश्किल डगर है,
परमेश्वर और पिता में है समानता यही
जिसके आगे ग़म कोई टिकता नहीं,
हर लेता है आने वाली हर विपदा
पर चेहरे पर शिकन तक लाता नहीं,
दरकिनार कर अपनी खुशियां सारी
बच्चों की मांग कभी ठुकराता नहीं,
पिता ही है एक मुश्किल किताब जिसे
उम्रभर इंसान समझ पाता नहीं।।।
